Specified email is used by multiple accounts

Hi, I have two accounts which seem to be conflicting and I am not able to resolve or get any help.

 

I have one work account and personal but somehow they seem to be using the same email address.

 

 
When I login with work email I get invalid login.
When I login with personal I get the below message.
Specified email is used by multiple accounts
 
I can not re-register because it says email is already used or account already exists
Please advise.
