I am a student currently learning Data Engineering, and I would like to use Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery for a personal learning project as part of my training.
However, I do not currently have a Credit Card, so I cannot activate the Free Trial on my GCP account.
I have not used any Free Trial credits yet, and I do not have a Billing Account.
This is strictly for educational and non-commercial use.
Is there any way to request access to the Free Tria in order to continue my learning without providing a Credit Card?
