Summary of Qwiklabs Support Issue with my gcp account

I'm currently facing an issue with transferring my Qwiklabs Innovators Plus subscription from my corporate account (contact@impeda.ro) to my personal Google Cloud Skills Boost (GCSB) account (stefan29dec@gmail.com).

Key Points of the Issue:

  1. Initial Requirement:

    • Qwiklabs asked me to delete my personal GCSB account (stefan29dec@gmail.com) and then update my corporate account to use this email.
  2. Steps Followed:

    • I successfully initiated the deletion of the personal account but encountered a "pending delete" status, preventing any further progress.
    • Despite waiting for over a week, the status remains the same.
  3. Current Problems:

    • The pending delete state prevents me from updating the corporate account’s email.

      Error message: 

      The account associated with this email has been requested to be deleted. You will not be able to sign in or create a new account with this email address while we work to complete this request.

    • Qwiklabs suggested waiting for the deletion to complete, but they haven't provided a clear timeline.

    • My subscription time is being affected as I’m unable to access learning resources through my personal account.
  4. Escalation Attempts:

    • I shared screenshots and a screen recording of the issues, but no resolution has been provided.
    • The support team mentioned escalating this internally but hasn’t offered any updates or clear guidance on the deletion timeline.

What I Need Help With:
