Dear Google Support Team,

I hope you're doing well.

I have successfully completed all 5 courses of the Gen AI Exchange Program and have received my certificate issued from your email address.

However, I have not yet received any information regarding swag distribution. I enrolled in the program independently (not through any university or GDG/GDSC chapter) and would like to know if individual participants are eligible for swags and how the claim process works.
