I joined Google Innovator program not the facilitator. Does that mean I have to earn more points without bonus to get premium plus milestone?

Don't give you any arcade points

I have about 79 points, so will i be able to redeem only the champion milestone swags, 
or will I have the option to redeem all the swags using points, only being in the champion milestone will give me the access to those swags?
