Swags not received (India)

I did not receive my swags .When i mailed @PrintoSe they show delivered status. 

@Yugali @carre @ScienceCat @yuyul @Gogo @Googol .Please help

Have you mailed on printose@printo.in and google-swag@printo.in these mails?
Mention your order link, status and your location with them and ask them to share the tracking details if they said that the swags are delivered. Then contact that Courier partner with the tracking details.
