Hi! I haven't received the package yet which was to be delivered to me by the end of December and now February has also started. Kindly deliver the parcel to the alternate address that I provided in the google forms. Who should I contact then when you guys are not responding? What kind of delivery service are you guys providing that a parcel is still pending? All I get are emails which says :

Thanks for reaching out to PrintoSe. Due to restrictions from the courier partner’s we are unable to service for your location. Can you please contact Google team for more information.

Kindly I need your help.

Please blur out the address it is not good practice to share such sensitive information on public forums.

Facing same issue but Qwiklabs Customer Care didn't respond properly.They are continously saying " concerned team is working on your case" but it's been more than 1 week.
