Hello,

I would like to seek for anyone's expert support on how to get the issue resolved. Please refer to the attached.

I'm on my last lab to accomplish and obtain the certification of the mentioned course on the subject, however i am unable to move forward due to the inaccesibility of the lab for "Removing Software in Linux" Week 5 lab for Technical Support Fundamentals.

I would really appreciate anyone's help to get this resolved. Below are the link to the lab, and its corresponding errors when accessing it from my end.
