I'm quite unsure on the facilitator application, you provided a link with referral codes, shouldn't those referral codes be given by current facilitators to new facilitators? 

How can someone use one of those? Should we ask the people on the right of the code?

what is the difference between the arcade facilitator and the arcade, are they the same competition, do we get prizes from both programs? can anyone explain, please?

By participating in Arcade Facilitator Program you will get the extra Bonus Points. Please refer to below mentioned link for point system during Arcade Facilitator. Other than that there is no difference in Arcade and Arcade Facilitator.

Steps to Redeem:
Copy the code and click the button below.
Paste the code in the pop-up window and hit submit.
Sign in to receive your initial 9 credits (sign out if you are already signed in).
Complete a lab of your choice to earn the remaining 41 credits.
Once you finish the lab, ensure you hit the end lab button.
