Nope, Champions Milestone is a seperate milestone other than Premium+. Reaching Champions Milestone will make you able to claim multiple swags from Champions milestone only, Not from any other milestone. Hope it makes sense to You.

Yes, instead of bringing these non-branded more than 3 items In a  Champion Milestone, they could give Google Nest Mini and Google Nest Hub only which are Google branded swags!

No Arcade Player, Please take note the Rule: We can only get the rewards from the milestone we are currently at; not from other milestones - If you reach Champions Milestone, you'll get multiple rewards from Champions Milestone Only, not from any higher/lower milestone

I think the official interpretation is yet to be confirmed. The currently revealed Champion swags seem less attractive and definitely less numerous than the P+ swags.

While the Alarm Clock is not close to a Google Nest Hub, it is probably the most techy swag that has been offered by the Google Arcade. Too bad this season I won't be close to getting to this tier, it should serve as an incentive for the next one to accumulate more points. I hope those close take advantage of the last remaining days to get this tier. The lantern and charging cable aren't bad at all either.
