📬 I’ve seen some inputs and queries about the Insider mail and points count. Here are some important clarifications based on @kothalkar 's reply:
1️⃣ Arcade Points Format:
Arcade points are always displayed as whole numbers—you’ll never see them in decimals.
2️⃣ Unauthorized Calculators:
There’s no official Arcade Points calculator approved by the team. If you’re noticing discrepancies, it’s likely due to using unofficial calculators. To avoid errors, manually calculate your points using the method shown in the article above.
3️⃣ Earning Bonus Points:
To qualify for bonus points, you needed to fill out the RSVP form at the start of the Facilitator Program, providing your email ID and associated public profile. If the form wasn’t submitted or the details didn’t match, facilitator points were not awarded.
4️⃣ Subscription Requirement:
To be eligible for Arcade points and receive the Prize Counter email, ensure you are subscribed to the Arcade during the season. Participation in campaigns like the Facilitator Program or Study Jam doesn’t guarantee eligibility unless subscribed.
5️⃣ Eligibility for Insider Emails:
The Insider edition email was sent only to those who:
- Are eligible for prizes
- Are subscribed to the Arcade
- Have scored at least 15 points
If you didn’t receive it, you likely didn’t meet this requirement.
6️⃣ Resolving Discrepancies:
If there’s an issue with your points, the team will contact you. If you don’t hear from them, your points tally is accurate.
