First, calculate your points from your public profile. Make sure you're checking the correct email address's public profile.

Next, contact support@qwiklabs.com with your email address, public profile, prize counter points, and actual points. They'll assist you in obtaining the correct milestone prizes.

I have registered for the Arcade and also have successfully gained a total of 26 points and hence eligible for Advance Milestone. But i haven't received the mail for the Prize Counter yet.

I have properly registered for the Arcade Games and successfully gained 11 Arcade points yet I did not receive the Prize Redemption Mail.

Please do look into this issue and do the needful.

I see that the new The Arcade has opened! I think the "From July 22, 2024, to July 31, 2024, you will be awarded 1 Arcade Point for 1 skill badge that you earn." announcement is noteworthy and a great opportunity to earn points and learn. I guess it is time to learn some more ...

FYI @Yugali, it seems that the "Join a facilitator today" link on the new Arcade page is wrong, as it leads to the same place as "If you’re a Google Cloud Partner, access your Skills Badges here" (Arcade for Google Cloud Partners) - while it probably should lead to the Arcade Facilitator Program enrolment?

Hi @Yugali 

I have been waiting for my prize counter email for more than a day yet there has been no sign of it. Have already mailed all my details to (support@qwiklabs.com) and they said that they will update me by EOD but still there has been no sign of it. I think my contribution of 11 points is pretty much meaningless to you people. I think I too deserve to earn the deserving Swags atleast for that amount of time I had invested in.

It's my humble request to please look into this issue.

I have been waiting for my prize counter mail for almost two days and there has been no sign of it. As per the instructions i have subscribed to Arcade for mails but it's getting depressing only. I have invested lot of my time and efforts in achieving arcade points. Can you please look into this?
