I received the wrong reward email; my facilitator points were not considered in the prize counter email, and the wrong milestone was mentioned.

Check the points count in Final Insider mail if there is difference in the points count in both mails then reach out to Qwiklabs support with your query. (support@qwiklabs.com)

First of all match with final insider email in case the final insider email points and  swag milestone mentioned on prize mail is same then it won't be changed but in case its different then react out to qwiklabs team with screenshots and public profile url and email used during facilitator program
