Unable to Access Token and Key Values Prisma Cloud Labs

Tried a lot to get, but only Forbidden message is seen. Even tried using the incognito window. Can anyone please help here ? 
Without these key values, I cannot proceed ahead with the lab to complete the given Security Challenge.😥

Do you have any other mail id logged in apart from the student id given by the qwiklabs?

I was having the same problem then I contacted the chat support and the resolved my problem.

I will suggest you to start the lab in a normal browser.

Then when you need the token, simply right click on the token icon and select open in incognito tab.

Then you will be asked to enter log in id and password, use the id and password provided after starting the lab. Then it will work just fine.

Note: I you started your lab in incognito mode, then you will get the same error, so start you lab in normal tab and when you need the token or key just right click and open in incognito mode.

Make sure you have only the temporary mail id provided by qwiklabs logged in. If any other mail id is logged in except from that given by qwiklabs then it will show error
