I'm trying to redeem 9 credits from The Arcade Insider email. I was logged in when I submitted the redemption request, but after submission, I was logged out. I logged back in, but I still can't redeem the credits.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? What should I do to resolve it?

You'll need to complete a lab to get credits after the code submission.
The initial 9 credits that were added first were not received. Even after completing a lab, there is no difference. The March 2025 credits have not been updated.
You need to sign out and log back in after redeeming the code.
Ever after doing with proper steps. with code they have provided in insider mail id(March 2025), credits are not updating.

same. contacted support, but they just reiterated the steps 💀
Same problem! initial 9 credits are not getting added first - after which we complete lab to receive remaining 91.
Same issue, while getting the credits. Not getting the credits added to the account.
