I was hoping to start studying for a new certification but there seems to be a problem with my account.
If I go to the Google for Developers site, it says my current plan is Premium at $299/year, and that I've already got unlimited access to Google Cloud Skills Boost. (https://developers.google.com/profile/u/101298763642705529985/plans-and-pricing?continue=https%3A%2F...)
But if I go to Google Cloud Skills Boost at https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/payments/new , it says I need to purchase premium to get access:
I have a ticket open with Qwiklabs, which I originally opened February 7. (Request 4488643), but I haven't gotten any updates since February 27.
I have the same issue, I cancelled the subscription some time ago when it was google cloud innovators plus, and would like to subscribe again but the developer site seems to think I am still subscribed.
That is interesting. I also was in the Innovators Plus program, but I didn't cancel anything. I don't remember if I explicitly signed up for Developers Program Premium or I got automatically converted.
Hello, which region are you from since this might be a challenge with the region that you are currently in.
I'm in the US.
Just a heads up, the problem is solved. I had to go through QwikLabs support, but they did figure it out. It was something on the back end. So if you run into this you may just need to open a ticket with them.
