"Hello everyone, last month I completed the lab for the third week of February, but I haven’t received my badge yet. I contacted chat support at that time and was assured that I would receive my badge within a week. Today is March 21, 2024, and I still haven’t received my badge.
Now, coming to the March weekly labs, I have completed the labs for weeks 1 and 2, but I still haven’t received both of my badges. I emailed the team this time because I am unable to connect to chat support. They said I haven’t done some grace period, but I received badges for weeks 1, 2, and 4, and other badges in February 2024. This issue started to arise, and yesterday I had a weird glitch in the March arcade certification lab. Despite going through the steps multiple times, my lab was not completed. I have screenshots of the same, and when I mentioned this in my email, the team stated the same thing about some grace period. Now, the fourth week is about to start. Should I continue participating in the arcade or should I leave the program? I don’t want to leave, but seeing so many glitches is irritating me so much. I have a lot going on in my real life.
