Hi. I had completed a Google Cloud course in Coursera. A while ago I received a message for completing my course attached with a voucher code for purchasing a swag from the store. But when I tried using the voucher code, it said it was already redeemed. I didn't make any order with the code but it showed so. Can I get some support for this?

I've earned three codes after completing courses and ordered three items except for the bottle. The purchase is available while activating one code at a time between these items.
After completing three specializations and successfully redeeming three swag codes, I've completed 7 specializations/professional certificate courses and it does not appear a new redeem code for me, unfortunately(wanted to earn a bottle)
But this is the first one that I have completed and on top of that, the code is not letting me in.
The code was probably given by Google Cloud people but I don't know how to reach them

I am in a similar situation thats why
If you check the bottom of the merchandise page, you'll find a contact footer. Email them about your issue. They don't work on weekends so either mail them today or on Monday. Hope this helps 🙂
