Unable to start the lab - Fundamentals of Cloud Logging

I'm unable to start the lab "Fundamentals of Cloud Logging", which is part of the Google Arcade Facilitator Program – Week 3 Trivia Game. After multiple attempts, I was able to open the lab once and completed it successfully. While it shows as completed under the Courses section, it is not reflecting in the Trivia Game progress.

Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?

After clicking on "Start" you need to wait 9 to 10 mins for lab username and password to appear. Do not try to start very frequently. If you  have tried wait for 24 hours and try. Lab was worked for me.
