Understanding The Arcade Milestones and Prize Redemption Rules

Hello Arcade Players!

We’ve noticed some confusion about how milestones work in the Arcade and when the prize counter opens, so let’s clear things up! 

Key Points to Remember:

1. One Milestone at a Time: You can only redeem swags only from the milestone you are currently at. If you have enough points for multiple milestones, you will be able to redeem swags only from the milestone you are currently in and not from lower or higher milestones.
   
   
2. No Splitting Points: You cannot divide your points to redeem swags from different milestones. Points are specific to the milestone you have reached.
   
   
3. Multiple Swags Guaranteed: Regardless of the milestone you've reached, you're still eligible to receive multiple swags, but you can redeem swags within that specific milestone only!
   
   
4. Points Expiring Soon: Arcade Points expire after each prize counter. So be sure to make the best use of them and redeem your well deserved swags when the prize counter opens! 

Example:
If you are at the Premium+ Milestone (60+ points), you can redeem swags from the Premium+ Milestone only. Even if you have 75 points, you cannot split your points into 10+25+40 and redeem swags from the Standard, Advanced and Premium Milestone.

 Why These Rules?

These rules are designed to keep the system fair and manageable, ensuring everyone has a clear and equal opportunity to enjoy the rewards.

when and where i will find the prize counter.

When will the arcade end? I just started to join this event today, so I need to collect 10 points to reach the Standard milestone but even if I complete all the badges and the arcade in June, I will be only able to get 8 Arcade points, so should I continue doing it to get the swags. Will there be the July arcade, so I can collect 10 points? Thack you so much!

To be more precise, the games announced at the beginning of the month earn you 7 points. Additionally, two more games drop mid-month. You can earn 3 points from them, for a total of 10.

You may also complete SkillsBoost quests, which offer a skills badge. Two such quests count for 1 point. They must be completed during the game time (since January 2024). I'm unsure if they are counted during the time when you were not subscribed to the game.

Here's a good news, all those cool skill badges you've been working hard to earn since Jan 1st will totally count towards this arcade season, even if you subscribe to the arcade two weeks before the prize counter opens! Don't wait until the last moment to subscribe to the arcade though.

Hello may I ask about the points and the swags, let's assume I'm in the advanced milestone and there're three swags assuming they are 3 shirts each with 5 points to redeem.. can I redeem all PLUS additional swags ? for example 2 shirts PLUS 2 of the 3rd shirt if I had extra points left? is it possible?

In this prize counter, users can redeem all the swags from milestones they have achieved but individual prizes cannot be selected separately using any unused points.

Suppose you have 31 points. In that case, you are eligible for all the rewards from the Advance milestone, which requires 25 points. None of your points are wasted because you are able to redeem all the swags within that particular milestone. The purpose of having milestones in the Arcade is that you get full value of the points you have earned without needing to spend them on individual swags.

Hi team,
this will be my first time taking arcade swags. I have 19 points currently, I think i can obtain more 6 points if i manage to complete the challenges live now. 

My question is if I reached a milestone will I be getting all swag of mile stone or some of the swags (according to points like x+y+z=3 swags). Please clarify this so that i will think about going to above milestone or not.

By reaching the advanced milestone of 25 arcade points, you unlock the ability to claim all prizes within the advanced milestone.

They are not arcade points they are leaderboard scores 

arcade point means each badges you earn after completing a game / trivia or 2 skill badges

Hey @Riya1111 , the arcade milestones don't work that way. Once you hit a milestone, you'll get all the prizes that come with it, so there's no need to pick and choose. My advice? Keep racking up those arcade points and watch those milestones go by.

Hi @Patricia_A_W , when you reach 30 arcade points, you unlock all the cool swags that come with the advanced milestones, excluding swags from the standard milestones. Keep in mind that you can only claim rewards from your current milestone, so you can't go back and grab rewards from lower milestones or jump ahead to higher ones.
