Understanding The Arcade Milestones and Prize Redemption Rules

Hello Arcade Players!

We’ve noticed some confusion about how milestones work in the Arcade and when the prize counter opens, so let’s clear things up! 

Key Points to Remember:

1. One Milestone at a Time: You can only redeem swags only from the milestone you are currently at. If you have enough points for multiple milestones, you will be able to redeem swags only from the milestone you are currently in and not from lower or higher milestones.
   
   
2. No Splitting Points: You cannot divide your points to redeem swags from different milestones. Points are specific to the milestone you have reached.
   
   
3. Multiple Swags Guaranteed: Regardless of the milestone you've reached, you're still eligible to receive multiple swags, but you can redeem swags within that specific milestone only!
   
   
4. Points Expiring Soon: Arcade Points expire after each prize counter. So be sure to make the best use of them and redeem your well deserved swags when the prize counter opens! 

Example:
If you are at the Premium+ Milestone (60+ points), you can redeem swags from the Premium+ Milestone only. Even if you have 75 points, you cannot split your points into 10+25+40 and redeem swags from the Standard, Advanced and Premium Milestone.

These rules are designed to keep the system fair and manageable, ensuring everyone has a clear and equal opportunity to enjoy the rewards.

Hi nandhini, you have to complete anyone milestone then after the 15july you will receive a link of ordering your swags. Just keep an eye on this and your order will get placed.

For getting swags you should have min. 10points

@Yugali : Just a suggestion from my side to make reaching CHAMPION milestone more appealing and feeling like a real champion. 

For the Champion milestone if a person has reached 70 points and above then the person should get swags from both(premium plus and champion) the milestones rather than only getting swags from champion milestone. Then that champion milestone will have more significance. 

Because first of all it is very hard to get 60 and above points in arcade and if someone has done very much effort to reach premium plus milestone then they could have got tired till then. so for all other milestone it is okay that you are giving swags for that specific milestone only.

But for champion milestone , if somebody has reached 70 and above points then that person should also get premium plus milestone swags with the champion milestones swag. Because it takes lots and lots of efforts and time to reach 70 points and above in arcade. 

Then achieving CHAMPION MILESTONE will feel like becoming real champion and also if champion person gets some extra milestone swags(apart from champion milestone swags) then that gives champion milestone a leading edge or a differentiating edge over all other milestones.

As a beginner, may i ask if i reach champions  milestone, wihich is 70+ points, do i have to get all the swags in that tier, or can i choose what i want to get iin that tier?

Do I need to create a new Google account, or can I use my existing one to participate in the July to December arcade?

You can use same account but prefer new account as if you want to earn more points through skill badges then its not possible to earn as the skill badges can be done only once in any particular account. Also if you are participating in Arcade Facilitator program then in that you have to perform certain number of skill badges (Click Here to know more about this program)  and there are around 80 skill badges listed on GCSB. So do accordingly.

As the event is extended by 15 days i.e. till July 15. So it will end on July 15.
For swags and prizes a mail will sent from Arcade team in batches from 16th of July so have patience you will get the mail soon. I has all the instructions regarding how to use the unique link given in mail and how to order your swags.
It will take around 6-10 weeks to get your swags delivered.
