We get all other tiers below the one we redeem?

We get all other tiers below the one we redeem? 
For example, I redeem the premium milestone for 40pts. Then would I get the swags of that tier ONLY or the other categories below it as well (in this case, standard and advanced milestones) or I need to redeem them separately if I have enough pts to do so? Which would basically mean 40pts + another amt. of pts. in total.

We only receive the tier we are eligible for, i.e., for your example, the premium milestone tier along with all the associated swag.

Further information will be provided once we receive solid confirmation from the staff.

Basically, if I redeem premium tier, I'll only get premium tier. I would have to collect points for other tiers separately. Am I correct?
