WebAssessor (payment) does not function when attempting to schedule certification exam

Hey,

I am attempting to schedule an on-site exam for a certification and the online payment processor is not functional. I have attempted >20 times, different days, different computers, different browsers. Any knowledge on how to get this to work?

It's stuck on the attached screen until it times out.
