I started trying to enter the exam at 2025-6-20 :2pm , but I couldn't access the exam system website. I tried for 40 minutes but couldn't succeed. until webassessor responded 502/504. And other website is accessed normally.
Now it seems that can access Webassessor , but it is still relatively slow, I tried for 4 hours in the afternoon, but I still can't enter the exam. I rescheduled the 9:00PM exam, but as soon as I entered the exam, it was paused, the questions were not loaded, and I couldn't be contacted by clicking Contact Support. What is the problem?

After two days of experience, I found that webassessor is not very stable. If want to take an exam, need to be able to access during certain time periods, but it is not a specific time period. I tried to access the webassessor website these two days, but it was inaccessible during the day and afternoon. 502/504 would appear from 5PM to 7PM. Sometimes it was normal at 9PM, and sometimes it was normal at 3AM.
