Hey Guys, is there any other way to reach webassessor's team, I recently had an issue with an exam that led to a cancellation. Naturally i did a follow up with them. The first email was answered in 24 hrs and i provided them with the info needed but after that i've gotten back no response even on follow ups email, its been 3 weeks, Did a follow up last week and still no answer.
Any solutions offered i will appreciate
