What will be the email domain from which we may receive the counter opening notification

Hello Community,

Can you let the newbie know from which email address/domain/account name/identity we may receive the counter-opening email? From the reply to the community forum post, I got know that the mail may not be directly stored in the inbox. The mail may filtered into the Spam/Promotion/Social etc label. 

If any of the Community Members/Managers/Volunteer/Helper or previous Arcade Prize Receiver let us know this information so that we can filter those keyword/email domain which may not lead us missing the counter opening emails.
