When is Arcade Prize counter supposed to be opened

When is Arcade Prize counter supposed to be opened end of June or between July so we can better plan for Arcade Points. 

Also i would like to know about skill badges, we can do any skill badge or the only  ones available in arcade games in order to get Arcade points

So the counter opens every years june and july and we have a year to collect arcade points, right?

Nope its cohort wise for cohort 1 it opens in june, currently cohort 2 is
running and prize counter for cohort 2 will open on dec last week or 1st
week of jan.

The points I earned from July to December can be used in Cohort 2, and the prize counter opens twice a year, correct?

Yes, the prize counter opens twice a year. You can redeem your swags using the points earned between January and June during the June prize counter, and points earned between July and December can be redeemed during the December prize counter.
