Are you subscribed to  Arcade skill boost by filling form this season (Jan to June 25) . If you subscribe only , You will receive Arcade monthly insider mails . They are delivered in 2nd week of every month during arcade season.

Most of insider mails lands in spam/promotions. Always heck in "All mail".

Which certificate are you referring to?
If you're talking about the ones circulating on social media, they're fake so there's no need to worry about them
Facilitators don't provide any certificates

Some facilitators sent their own certificates in last season and they are invalid. There are no  certificates for facilitator program.
