Where's my ACE cert?

i passed on Jan 19 but still have not received my Google ACE certification. Who has had to wait a month or longer? thank you

Hi,

Mostly you should receive your exam in max 10 days after finish and pass exam. If you didn't get it till now, highly recommend to use this https://support.google.com/cloud-certification/gethelp  site and make a support ticket.
