Whitesquare website is not working (re. prize counter)

The website to claim the swags is down I guess, I am just able to add the items to cart but nothing more. I am getting this error:

Yes it got literally overcrowded there. However, there's still time till 26th, and it's gonna get fixed within a day or two, so let's wait!

I don't remember this happening with Printose. I hope Whitesquare is more agile in the shipping, because Printose was taking longer and longer to ship the swags.
