As the mails are out in batch and milestone wise so wait for sometime you will get your mail soon.

Also, For Premium+ and Champions Milestone the WhiteSquare link is not working so wait until any update is there. If you are facing coupon code issue then use the 10-digit code at the end of your prize URL.
For all other milestone Printose Link is working you can claim the swags. Almost all the mails are out.

again recheck the mail in inbox and spam box or report to google community, help center, and clear the problem 

and i not get any mail before 3;00 pm after reporting the google community I got a mail from arcade prize counter,
