Why does the lab limit still exist even after the conclusion of the Facilitator Program?

I though the lab limit was only for the Arcade Facilitator Program. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. The lab limit is still there even two days after the conclusion of the event. Anyone has any clue on why this is the case, and if(and when) they will get rid of this li

Nobody ever mentioned the potential end date. The suggestion that the limit would go with the end of the Facilitator program was gossip.
