no, in this season you need at least 15 points to get prize. i think in the last season it was 10 but not this time

Extra points will be reset to 0 with the closing of prize counter.

Nope , you need to have atleast 15 points to get swags.
You still have time complete arcade games or trivias or skill badges.

The prize counter link will only be sent to those who have minimum 15 points. So no there will be no swags for anyone who have less than 15 points.
