Wrong Name on Certificate

I have received my certificate today for professional data engineer but the name that the put on the certificate is wrong, They wrote my name as PROFESSIONAL DATA ENGINEER instead of SHAHRUKH ASIF. Can anyone guide me how to fix it. Link of my certificate is below. Thank you.
