I am not able to check assessment green even after doing every step of task 5, pls help asap

Hey aditi follow labs instructions
You must have created the agent in regional place not global first create
the agent in global region
Then import the file it will work for sure. ..

Yeah I have also faced this issue, It was not mentioned in the instructions though but you have to First make it Global rather then some particular region to make it work and get a tick in progress

Note: Before saving your agent, double check that your agent's Location is set to global. It will allow you to use the agent with Google Telephony Gateway later in this Lab.

Yeah, it was mentioned but not directly like other labs of Dialog. It's in note part. You don't really need to show a screenshot for that though ‌😂‌‌😄‌, I believe when you just say so.
