google cloudvpn with Opengear (OOB)

Hello, 

I created a google cloudvpn with opengear device (OOB). 

my only problem now is how to initial the tunnel link anytime, I want to access the Opengear device. 

for example, in cisco vpn, you download, a Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client. What can I use to turn up the tunnel for my google cloudvpn with the OOB device I have?
