You're correct that the new cohort is about to begin. However, the prize counter for the July–December 2024 Arcade program hasn’t opened yet.
The prize counter is essentially the time period when the Google team sends redemption links to users so they can claim their swags. Once the prize counter opens, it typically takes around a week or so for the next Arcade program (January–June 2025) to begin.
So, as of now, no one has received the Swags mail yet because the prize counter isn't open. Stay tuned for updates from the Google team, and make sure you’ve subscribed to the Arcade program to receive notifications when the prize counter opens.
