I am a student and I want to earn all Google swags for free can anyone tell me how I can earn these free swags? thank you in advance for helping

You need to participate Google Cloud Arcade , Where You have to learn as well as earn Exclusive swags from Arcade.

NOTE : First you need to subscribe your email ID on Arcade page.

As mentioned by @100 and @arcade02, yes, you need to join games, complete labs, learn skills, earn badges and get arcade points. Arcade points is the one you need to claim a free swag.
