mail not received

i have subscribed and updated my settings but still not receiving any mails

Unfortunately, the amount of points you have collected is not enough to receive prize counter mail, since it requires the minimum points for the first milestone (Standard Milestone). On reaching the milestones you'll be eligible for the corresponding set of swags.

You  might try harder next time (all the best!). However, you need to check that you have subscribed to the Arcade (you need to do it each and every season) and keep the necessary options enabled.
