not receive any update about swag after completing course in corsera

 I have received a mail from google cloud they give me some courses in coursera 1 of 08 are free and also with swag 

but i completed my one course and received certificate also but they not provide any updates on swag 

im not receiving any update about swag please kindly solve my issue 

my mail (PII Removed by Staff) also attached my certificate please reply me soon.

The swag was for all 7-8 courses ( 1 specialization ) not 1  course so you aren't eligible
