not receive arcade in mail

I have no received mail from arcade mail and I have not subscribe arcade mail how to solve this problem:

For this cohort you can't subscribe to Arcade at this time as you can only do it by Dec 25, 2024 only. Do subscribe to Arcade before doing any badge in next cohort.
