"Challenge environment - Orchestrating the Cloud with Kubernetes" Lab not marked completed!

I have already completed this Challenge lab from January Trivia on Jan 1,2023. It was marked completed like other Qwiklabs Trivia Labs but now I can't see the green tick there. Please verify once as if a lab goes offline then also it shows a green mark if completed earlier.

From the screenshot you can also see that the lab was complted by me.

There were 2 labs of same name one with quiz and one without quiz ..

You completed only quiz one lab which was removed later by qwiklabs so its showing not as completed..
