received mail for another product

yesterday, I received tracking mail from printose for my good learn to earn could challenge swags

but today I recheck the mail and I found they sent me a wrong product I choose electric kettle but they send me teapot. so now I am confused about what should I do I was trying to contact customer care but I failed to contact them.
