I have 13 arcade points showing and 2 bonus points so both will added together counted  ,so i am eligible for the swags of standard milestone or not ?

although i have received the male for completing milestone .

Yes, if you have 13 points in Insider mail and 2 points in Bonus mail (shared on 5th Oct) then you are eligible for Standard Milestone swags. I suggest to complete Diwali Badge for safe side.
