starting lab in Qwiklabs

Hello, 
I have problem with starting lab in Qwiklabs. I follow the in structures given in "setup and requirements". Regardless of which lab in what course, I get the following error: 
"Sorry, Getting Started with ... is currently unavailable."

Could you help me there?
