I was part of the Arcade Facilitator Program and received regular updates, including the sway drop mail. However i noticed after November 12, I have not received any further communication.

I’m concerned about the status of my Arcade points. Are they still safe? Additionally, will I be receiving the Prize Counter mail in the future?

If anyone has information or has faced a similar situation, I would appreciate your guidance.
