I have seen that Arcade swags cannot be shipped to countries on the list of US Treasury Department's sanctions programs, and other countries namely Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea, Sevastopol city, and Syria. (Source: Lab: "Start Here (don't skip this)", which is literally the T&C of the Arcade in short).

So in your case, if the list is not updated to include Nepal (IDK why they'll do it though), your swags will be delivered to Nepal. However the only issue you might face is the delays due to international delivery, customs and other reasons, but it should not be a big deal.
