webassessor support harassment during pre exam verfication

Hi everyone ,

I suppose to appear associate exam on 01-Dec-2024 , But the webasseor support it took 70 minute to verify my workspace and finally didn't allow to attend and start the exam citing reason there ia a glare on my spakes of the laptop and cancelled my exam marked as non compilance  .

These issues happens very frequently when we try to attempt from home only. So if you live in a city or near by city, try to attempt from nearest exam center for this.

Same thing happened to me as well today, but I was allowed to take the exam. I feel this 70 to 80 mins security check is not really needed. If the candidate decides to cheat, he can cheat in many ways. This security check literally collapses our confidence, this can be made short.
