Age and Gender dimensions not working

We have a few properties under one analytic account on GA4 that all have their own Looker Report for an overview of each individual website. I'm having an issue using the age and gender dimension for only one of the properties - they work on the others. I have disconnected and reconnected GA4 to the Looker report and still can't get it to work. Any ideas or suggestions to remedy this?

What is failing here? Are these dimensions throwing an error? Returning null data? More info might help shed some light on the issue.

They say no data. Age and gender with views, new users and engaged sessions with various charts and they always say "no data"
