Blurry Report Text?

One of our dashboard clients has let us know that their report text (in tables, text boxes, charts, etc.) "looks blurry." They sent a screenshot but it was very low res, so everything was blurry. 🤪 I'll go back and ask for more details about their settings, operating system, browser, etc. but wondered if anyone else has encountered this complaint and whether you found a solution? (It is NOT embedded which I know can cause blurriness.)

I SS a lot of my charts when I'm trying to quickly put together dashboards and find that they come out more blurry the smaller I have the window, with the best resolution being when I full screen. I've also found that when you change report lengths and try to present the report, it tends to look super jpged. Another thing that I note is that my coworker, who has one of those cool big monitors that bends, tends to get better screen shots than me by the nature of his computer having more pixels in general to work with.

Changing the Display mode in the theme and layout could help rectify this issue. Using Actual Size prevents resizing based on window size.

TL;DR Maybe that particular client has a low res monitor or has is opened with weird window dimensions?
